Reception
Jaime, Kath, Angela, Lisa, Jenny, Allyson, and Isla.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries,
They must organise the doctors and other professional staff, deal with demanding and sometimes distressed patients and look cheerful and sound pleasant at the same time. They always try to be calm, efficient, and helpful.
If they’ve succeeded, tell them! If they haven’t tell the manager!
Practice Secretaries
Lisa and Zoey
The practice secretaries have an important role behind the scenes. They deal with all the hospital referrals and insurance letters, whilst also helping on reception.
All our staff are trained in keeping all information about you strictly confidential.
